The Client, qualified as a “consumer” according to article 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (the so-called ‘Consumer Code’), i.e. the physique person acting for purposes unrelated to his or her business or professional activity, has the right to withdraw from the contract in the manner and in accordance with the terms set out below.
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Client is recognized the right to withdraw from the purchase without having to provide any reasons and without any penalties, within a period of 30 days from the date on which he acquires physical possession of the goods. This term is an improvement over the 14-day term provided for by the Consumer Code.

Conditions for exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The following clauses are a necessary condition for the return to be accepted:
- Items must be returned in the manufacturer’s original boxes, placed on the pallet (in the case of tiles) as they were received, and wrapped in the shrink film used for protection during transport.
The pallet and boxes must be intact and undamage, including all accessories, documentation and special equipment accompanying the product. - The notice of withdrawal must be sent within 30 days and the goods must be shipped within the following 15 days.
- The costs for returning the product (in case of exercising the right of withdrawal in full compliance with the terms and conditions indicated) will be borne by the customer. In the event that the return is not accepted, due to non-compliance with the above conditions, the Client will be responsible for shipping the goods to the address of his or her interest, bearing the costs of collection and shipping from our warehouses.
Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following case: sale of tailor-made or personalized goods, for example goods for which the consumer has provided specific indications on measurements, finish, size, colors, etc.
