Shipping and delivery time: The shipping and delivery time is the sum of different factors such as payment acceptance, order and shipment preparations and also technical features of items (customization and availability in stock).
- Bathroom wares, taps, accessories: if immediately available in stock goods will be dispatched in 1-2 days from order completion. Goods to be ordered will be dispatched in 10 days. Delivery time depends on the arrival country.
- Tiles: if immediately in stock goods will be dispatched in 3-5 days from order completion. Goods to be ordered will be dispatched in 10 days. Delivery time depends on the arrival country.
We organize shipping with courier and delivering on platforms, equipped with trucks and hydraulic tailgates. The delivery takes place at street level and, upon previous request of the customer, directly on the floor (extra cost is implicated).
Costs: delivery costs are charged to the customer and are shown explicitly at the moment of the order, except different agreedments with casa39.com. The total amount of the delivery costs depends on the typology of the required service and on the weight of the goods to be shipped. Refer to the summary table of delivery charges with the corresponding arrival country.
The shipping cost for items with special packaging may not appear on our website and a customer request of quote is needed. Pickup instore option gives to the customers the possibility to pick up the goods direclty in our storehouse saving on the transport expenses.

Taking charge of the order
The order was successful and was confirmed. At this stage, the Customer has the opportunity to verify and, if necessary, to modify the data communicated during the conclusion of the order. In order to ship the goods and issue a regular invoice, CASA39 also needs the tax code and/or VAT number and the telephone number of the Customer. CASA39 will send an email when the items are shipped.
Leaving the warehouse
The order has been prepared and is being picked up by one of our forwarders. The Customer will receive by email the instructions of the insurance company for the correct reception of the goods. The respect of the indicated indications of the procedure (from the moment of the delivery and to the presence of the carrier) it is a necessary condition to request insurance cover and to proceed with the possible replacement of the damaged material or the claim for reimbursement of the damage.
Order shipped
The order has been shipped and will be delivered to the address indicated. The Customer will receive by email the link with the tracking code of his order. The Customer is required to confirm to the courier his presence at the appointment on the day fixed for the delivery of the goods, in order to avoid that - in case of his absence - proceed after 3 days, with the return of the goods at the headquarters of CASA39; In this case, the Customer shall bear the aforementioned return costs.
